Licenses for SparkU Solutions courses are assigned per individual user. It is a violation of this agreement to share, transfer, or otherwise distribute licenses among multiple users. Companies purchasing licenses for employees must ensure each user has a separate, assigned license, and unauthorized sharing or use beyond the agreed number of users will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

SparkU Solutions reserves the right to terminate your access to any services with immediate effect under the following circumstances:

Violation of these Terms and Conditions, including license sharing. Failure to comply with applicable safety standards. Any misuse of SparkU Solutions course materials or intellectual property. Unpaid fees or unauthorized use of services.

Upon termination, access to all materials and services will be immediately revoked, and clauses on liability, intellectual property, and confidentiality will continue to apply.
