SparkU Solutions offers Online Courses, Taught Courses, and Coaching Services as described on our website. We aim to provide accurate, high-quality educational resources but cannot guarantee specific results, qualifications, or employment. Course outcomes depend entirely on the student's effort, engagement, and application of the material in their workplace. The 90-Day Mastery Guarantee reflects our commitment to supporting students who complete the work — it is not a guarantee of specific career advancement, wage increases, or employment outcomes.
3. Purchasing Process
Purchases can be made online or by phone. For online purchases, you will need an account. Your purchase is confirmed upon:

4. Fees and Payment
All fees are displayed on our website and are due in full at purchase. Additional costs, such as materials or delivery, are specified at checkout. Monthly subscription plans are billed month-to-month without contracts, and you may cancel anytime.
For certain products, a split payment option may be offered at checkout. Split payments are a payment plan — not a subscription — and represent a binding commitment to pay the full purchase price across the scheduled installments. By selecting a split payment option, you agree to all remaining installments being charged automatically to your payment method on the dates specified at checkout. Split payment plans cannot be cancelled mid-plan. All scheduled payments will be charged regardless of course usage or engagement. The only exception is a qualifying claim under an applicable product guarantee as outlined in Section 6, in which case no further installments will be charged once a claim is approved. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in immediate termination of course access without refund of amounts already paid.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds are available after purchase unless explicitly covered by a guarantee associated with your specific product at the time of purchase. The applicable guarantee, if any, is outlined in the course or product-specific materials presented during checkout.
6. Guarantees
SparkU Solutions offers product-specific guarantees as outlined in the materials associated with each course or product at the time of purchase. The type, duration, and eligibility conditions of the guarantee vary by product. Current guarantees include:
a) 90-Day Mastery Promise (Fault Fixer Troubleshooting Course): To be eligible, you must have completed all course modules in full and made a genuine attempt to apply the training method in your workplace within the 90-day period. If you meet both conditions and are still not troubleshooting with confidence, contact us at [email protected] within 90 days of your purchase date. SparkU Solutions will provide up to 12 one-hour, one-on-one coaching sessions at no additional cost. Coaching sessions must be scheduled and completed within a reasonable timeframe following your request. This guarantee is non-transferable and may only be claimed once per purchase.
b) 30-Day Mastery Promise (Fault Fixer Schematics / Blueprint Bootcamp): To be eligible, you must have completed all course modules in full and made a genuine attempt to apply the training method in your workplace within the 30-day period. If you meet both conditions and are still not reading or understanding electrical schematics with confidence, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase date. SparkU Solutions will provide up to 4 one-hour, one-on-one coaching sessions at no additional cost. Coaching sessions must be scheduled and completed within a reasonable timeframe following your request. This guarantee is non-transferable and may only be claimed once per purchase.
c) 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Troubleshooting Component Guides and other designated products): If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date by contacting us at [email protected]. No conditions apply beyond the 30-day window.
Claims that do not meet the eligibility conditions of the applicable guarantee will not be honored. Once a guarantee period expires, no refunds or coaching obligations will be issued.
SparkU Solutions is not responsible for technical issues outside of our control, including but not limited to difficulties accessing third-party platforms (such as Skool, payment processors, or other external services). Technical issues with third-party platforms do not constitute grounds for a refund or a guarantee claim. If you experience technical difficulties, contact us at [email protected] and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving access issues. Refunds will not be issued where the course content itself has been delivered and access issues are attributable to third-party platforms or the user's own device or network.
7. Company Licensing and User Restrictions
Licenses for SparkU Solutions courses are assigned per individual user. It is a violation of this agreement to share, transfer, or otherwise distribute licenses among multiple users. Companies purchasing licenses for employees must ensure each user has a separate, assigned license, and unauthorized sharing or use beyond the agreed number of users will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
8. Termination
SparkU Solutions reserves the right to terminate your access to any services with immediate effect under the following circumstances:
Violation of these Terms and Conditions, including license sharing. Failure to comply with applicable safety standards. Any misuse of SparkU Solutions course materials or intellectual property. Unpaid fees or unauthorized use of services.
Upon termination, access to all materials and services will be immediately revoked, and clauses on liability, intellectual property, and confidentiality will continue to apply.
9. Intellectual Property and Course Materials
All SparkU Solutions course materials — including but not limited to videos, written content, PDF guides, cheat sheets, frameworks, methodologies, diagrams, and proprietary systems — are the exclusive intellectual property of SparkU Solutions LLC and are protected under applicable copyright law.
By purchasing a course or product, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own personal educational purposes only. You may not:
- Record, screenshot, or capture course video content in any form
- Reproduce, distribute, resell, or publish any course materials in whole or in part
- Use SparkU Solutions frameworks, methodologies, or proprietary systems under a different name or as the basis for your own training products or services
- Input course materials into artificial intelligence tools or platforms for the purpose of reproducing, summarizing, or recreating the content
- Share login credentials or provide access to any other individual, regardless of whether that individual is also a paying customer
- The overall curriculum structure, course architecture, learning sequence, and pedagogical frameworks developed by SparkU Solutions — including but not limited to proprietary troubleshooting systems, diagnostic methodologies, named frameworks, and training progressions — constitute original creative and intellectual work protected under copyright law. The specific arrangement, sequencing, and presentation of concepts within SparkU Solutions courses is proprietary regardless of whether individual concepts within the curriculum are general industry knowledge.
- You may not replicate, adapt, or reverse-engineer the curriculum structure, framework design, or learning sequence for use in competing training products, courses, or services — whether offered commercially or otherwise. This applies even where individual concepts or techniques within the curriculum are derived from general industry knowledge or publicly available information. The originality lies in the system, the sequence, and the method of instruction — and that is exclusively owned by SparkU Solutions LLC.
Violation of any of the above will result in immediate termination of access without refund and may result in legal action. SparkU Solutions absolves any third-party companies whose diagrams are used in course materials from liability arising from educational use of those materials.
10. Disclaimer of Liability
Our courses are for informational and educational purposes only. Compliance with applicable safety standards, including OSHA's 29 CFR 1910 Subpart S for electrical work, is the responsibility of each participant. SparkU Solutions is not liable for any injury, damage, equipment failure, or financial loss that occurs during or after course participation.
Any AI-powered tools, prompts, or resources provided as part of a SparkU Solutions course or bonus — including but not limited to Fault Fixer AI — are intended as educational thinking aids only. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, site-specific safety procedures, or qualified supervision. SparkU Solutions is not liable for any outcome resulting from actions taken based on AI-generated guidance. All troubleshooting and maintenance activities must be performed in accordance with your employer's safety policies and applicable regulatory standards.
11. Confidentiality
Your information will be kept confidential and used only as needed to provide services.

13. General Terms
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your purchase, or your use of SparkU Solutions products or services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Georgia under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may bring a claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
